BIDC changes its branding image

On September 6, 2024, at the ceremony of receiving noble awards and celebrating the 15th anniversary of the Bank for Investment and Development of Cambodia (BIDC), held at Sofitel Phnom Penh Hotel, BIDC officially launched its new branding image.

Accordingly, the bank still retains its full name "Bank for Investment and Development of Cambodia", abbreviated name "BIDCBank", however, the logo design, brand color and slogan of the Bank are changed and adjuste.

The logo is a typical Cambodian tower architecture, symbolizing the integration, connection and sustainable commitment of BIDC in the Kingdom of Cambodia. The new logo consists of two main colors: emerald green and yellow. Green represents the vitality, modern youthfulness and aspirations of BIDC. The complementary yellow symbolizes currency, prosperity and abundance. BIDC's new slogan is "Bridge to Success" with the meaning that BIDC wishes to accompany, support, cooperate and be a "bridge" connecting, bringing success to customers and BIDC.

The adjustment of branding image is a step in BIDC's strategy to affirm a consistent image of a dynamic, friendly bank, always ready with the mission of bringing the best utilities and benefits to customers, shareholders, employees and the community, in line with the digital transformation trend. In the coming time, BIDC will continue to make strong changes to provide high-quality products and services and accompany, cooperate and develop with customers and partners...etc.

The process of transforming BIDC's branding image is determined according to a roadmap. Accordingly, BIDC will not transform simultaneously at the time of announcing the new image but will do it gradually according to the principle of ensuring economicality, efficiency and suitability in line with the specific conditions of the bank.
